I'm currently participating in
an ABC's for homeschooling challenge.
Since it falls on Tuesdays,
I am adding a technological slant to the challenge.
I hope you stay tuned and enjoy my entries.
I've watched Jeopardy a few times over the years.
Wikipedia says the game show has been around, on and off the air, since 1964. I personally like when teachers compete and literature is discussed. I am sometimes amazed that some of my answers are correct. It makes me yell out loud, like a wild woman.

It's not just on TV anymore. There's a website.
The game is now available for Wii and Nintendo DS.
You can even play on Facebook and Twitter.
Their website has wallpaper for your computer that you can download. Also, it features the show guide for the local times and instructions on how to apply to be a contestant for the show.
There's even
Classroom Jeopardy. The teacher acts as host and the kids get to press the buzzers. It's priced at about $500. Guess a school district would buy this, along with the attachments.
I also came across this unrelated item, but it runs on the same theme. You can customize the questions and answers:

Allows the teacher to use the template to plug in answers to questions for categories. There are a few samples, like the one for writing.
Well, thanks for reading this entry. I hope I have provided a fun way to test your children's knowledge.
How about you, my readers? Are you a fan of Jeopardy? Would you use Jeopardy to quiz your children? I think it would be perfect for quizzing your children on subjects they should know. I encourage you to use a fun way to test your children's knowledge, every once in a while.
I pray that God gives you all, my beloveds, His wisdom and peace.
This has been an entry for the Technology Tuesdays series.
